My daughter LOVES curry of all kinds but I find most of them are too spicy for my pallet, so I've created this tasty blend that is low on heat, but high on flavor. Hope you love it too!
All herbs and spices we use are organic, and salt free.

coriander, turmeric, cayenne, sweet paprika, garlic powder, ginger, white pepper
Some of you may wonder why I chose Aarushi as the name of this blend, this beautiful word is actually a girl's name from Hindu, and it means First ray of the sun. (Isn't that beautiful?) This blend is a gorgeous, bright, yellow color that reminds me of the sun.
