This tea has a lovely flavor and is that perfect drink for when you need to take a break, calm your mind, or soothe your nerves.
All herbs used in this blend are organic.
What's in the blend?
rose (Rosa centifolia), chamomile (Matricaria recutita), honeysuckle (Lonicera japonica), lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)
Useful: supports the nervous system, calming, soothing, relaxing
Suggested use: Use one heaping teaspoon of herbs for each 8 oz cup of water. Place herb in tea infuser, pour boiling water in the cup and let the herbs steep (covered) 5-10 minutes. Sweeten if desired. Can be drank iced.
(if you find this blend too earthy for you, try steeping 3-5 mins instead)
