Living in Germany for any amount of time, you may come to enjoy 'schnitzel mit pommes', basically a breaded and fried pork tenderloin served with french fries. I lived there for a really long time, so of course I have to be able to replicate one of my favorite dishes when we moved stateside. A bitzel is slang for 'a little' but trust me, once you learn how to make your own Schnitzel, you'll want much more than a little bit. lol If you've never made this dish before, check out my recipe/how to on my blog!
