What's in the blend?
orange peel, Citrus sinensis; lemon balm, Melissa officinalis; lemongrass, Cymbopogon citratus; lemon peel, Citrus limon; organic orange extract
Directions: Use one-two heaping teaspoon of herbs for each 10 oz cup of water. Place herb in tea infuser, pour boiling water in the cup and let the herbs steep (covered) 5-10 minutes. Sweeten if desired.
Can be enjoyed iced or hot.
